Shipping
Once your order has been completed, we will start packing your item. We always ship your order as soon as possible - either the same day or the day after. There may be special cases where it is not possible for us to ship within a day, as we are a small business.

We ship with DAO to to a shop near you unless you have chosen another shipping method at checkout. You will receive a text message or email when your package is ready to be picked up at your local DAO shop.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, we would very much like to hear what we can do better and of course you have the opportunity to return your unused bag with the tag is still on.

Write to us at info@lemonsuite.dk, and we will send a shipping code, which you must write on the package. Once we have received the package, we will refund the amount minus shipping back to the card you paid with. You are also welcome to exchange the bag for another color or model. Write to us on the email mentioned above and we will find out together.

You have 14 days from receipt of the item, to tell us by email that you want to use the right of return. When you receive your return label, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.
